Below are a few new assessments that we released in the Fall 2014. Unlike many assessment tools, ours can be transitioned to self-administration.
High Performance Cultural Assessment Process (HP-CAP) – This next generation assessment process builds upon lessons learned from over 200 previous cultural assessments. HP-CAP is a ‘full physical’ compared to traditional employee surveys that take a ‘pulse’. It uses multiple data gathering techniques to better understand “how we do things here” and can help uncover some potential blind-spots in perceptions/behaviors that are creating waste. Key steps include:
High Performance Team Effectiveness – Many workplace teams (at all levels) struggle in search of performance and quality output. A smart, well intentioned group of people does not automatically equate to success. This on-line assessment measures key attributes and traits that high performing teams typically excel at.
Everyone’s Voice is Important – In order to create a high performing culture, there needs to be multiple outlets for employees’ voices to be heard. This formal on-line Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) process is one way to get feedback from ALL employees on critical business factors. Our EOS also relies on multiple rating scales and techniques. The ultimate goal is to provide clear direct on where to drive dialog and action.
High Performance Cultural Review Process – This unique audit tool looks for evidence (physical documentation, direct observation, and/or consistent collaborated feedback) of 85 items that directly impact an organization’s culture. Discover where there is strong alignment or inconsistencies in processes that Inform, Teach, and Reinforce the “way we do things here.”
