Brian’s consulting practices are grounded in the following principles:
- Most business strategies fall short of their potential because organizational cultural processes (OCP) and individual accountability are not successfully addressed
- Key organizational cultural processes (OCP) must be aligned and reinforced to maximize and sustain high performance
- Tolerance levels on daily human behavior (leaders and employees) creates inconsistencies, frustration, waste, and trust issues
- Business culture and employee engagement can create a competitive business edge. Leaders should be expected to actively work on – positively influence – and have their performance evaluated on- these two critical high performance factors.
- People are the only asset an organization has that can appreciate over time, if we truly appreciate them.
- Successful managing of change requires addressing two significant barriers – obstacles and objections.
